The release effort is focused on the following areas:
• Maintenance User Interface – An HTML based interface that is used to set up system master data and do system configuration.
• Call Centre User Interface – An HTML based interface that is used by internal call centre agents to shop for, quote, book, modify, ticket, and cancel air travel options, manage payment for a reservation, and manage agent reservation workflow. The call centre workflow is suitable for handling reservation calls directly from consumers or from professional travel agents. Much of the reservation management functionality is generic in nature and will need no modification for future releases that incorporate other travel domains.
• Consumer User Interface – Ongoing internal enhancements to the TDP 1.1 consumer user interface to take advantage of changes in user login and traveller profile management, and to position the software to fully share the underlying web services and database with the call centre UI.
• Migration and Update of Web Services Created In Customer Engagements – Migration to TDP of selected services for system data maintenance that were created in previous customer engagements.
• New and Enhanced Web Services – Modification to existing TDP web services and creation of new web services to support the features of the call centre, consumer, and maintenance user interfaces.
Participation: Coordination of the TDP UI teams in Minsk; Project Deliverables, Configurations, Issues, Risks and Communication management. Participation in TDP UI architecture creation; taking a lead of deliverables verification.

Project Flight Centre Phase 1A.
This phase of the project is limited to:
• Providing IBE functionality to the New Zeeland and Australian online domains.
• Providing multiple connectivity to two air hosts, namely Galileo and the FlightScanner API provided by Dolphin Dynamics for LCC pricing and bookings.
• Providing integration through XML handoffs to Dolphin Travel Manager solution.
• Providing presentation of LCC and published round trip fares in the one display.
